7 Account Suspension & Closure

22xbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for investigation or security purposes. During suspension, transactions are put on hold, but your balance remains safe.

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed.

• Any bonus balance in an account closed due to a rule violation will be forfeited.
• If you choose to close your account voluntarily, your real-money balance will be returned to you.
